**Who are we looking for?**
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Business and Law, Academic Division.
The role is responsible for delivering a high standard of administrative and systems support for faculty academic staff who deliver Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities. The role also provides accurate advice to students, academic and qualified staff, and industry stakeholders who are seeking to engage in, supervise, or offer for-credit and not-for-credit ‘real world’ experiences.

You will demonstrate:
1. Completion of an associate diploma and at least two (2) years subsequent relevant work experience.
2. Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people from all levels and diverse backgrounds and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
3. Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a high volume tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines while also maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
4. Demonstrated ability to provide a professional service in a busy client-orientated environment with evidence of the ability to attend promptly and courteously to client requests, ensuring a high standard of client service provision.
5. Demonstrated computer literacy skills including proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs with the ability to function competently in a web-based systems environment. Experience in QUT systems (InPlace, SAMS, QRecords, Blackboard, AskQUT) is highly regarded.
