About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
* 4+ years reception experience
* Previous experience in a dental practice
* Availability to work Saturdays
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
You are:
* Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
* Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
* A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus
* Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
