* Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential. Hospitality or customer service experience well regarded
* A sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and senior management
* High attention to detail
* Excellent computer literacy
* The ability to work in a team environment
* Well-developed telephone technique
* Outstanding time management and organisational skills
