Freight Train Driver Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Freight Train Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of freight across New South Wales and Victoria.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide train operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with freight haulage tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Preparing and provisioning locomotives and wagons for train operations by following established procedures.
* Performing minor fault repairs and failure rectifications in-field.
* Undertaking maintenance tasks and assisting rolling-stock maintainers to validate the integrity of rolling stock (including brakes), and ensuring all operational systems are safe and effective.
* Conducting yourself in a professional manner with a strong customer and safety focus.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Current or previous NSW Safeworking Qualifications.
* Evidence of your route qualifications/experience.
* Category 1 Rail Safety Workers Medical or willingness to obtain one.
* Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
* A high level of literacy, numeracy, and comprehension skills.
* A commitment to a safety culture, and a can-do customer focus.
* Professionalism, integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
