Quality Assurance Specialist
A dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist is needed to oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
The Role:
* Managing accreditations, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinating internal and external audits, as well as workplace inspections.
* Updating local methods and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.
* Leading quality assurance programs, including method validation and calibration.
* Developing and implementing safety and environmental protocols.
* Managing health management processes, including injury prevention and response.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field, or several years of experience in a related role.
* In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations and best practices.
* Familiarity with NATA and industry regulations.
* Previous experience in quality, safety, or auditing is advantageous.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to upholding high-quality laboratory practices.
* Strong customer service focus.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork capabilities.
* Valid driver's license and understanding of laboratory functions.
