About the Role
Elizabeth Gardens is seeking dedicated Food Services Assistants who are committed to delivering excellent service and creating a positive dining experience for our residents. This handson role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, personcentred environment.
As part of our team, you will help ensure residents receive nutritious, wellpresented meals while contributing to a warm and comfortable dining atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining clean and inviting dining areas
* Preparing, plating, and serving meals in line with the Food Safety Program
* Ensuring meals meet individual dietary and specialised nutritional requirements
* Providing friendly, professional service during meal times
What We're Looking For
* Experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care (preferred)
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Reliability, organisation, and a commitment to safe and hygienic practices
* A genuine desire to support and engage with older people
Mandatory Requirements
* Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Proof of Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged
* Food Handling Certificate
