Regional Manager – Residential Services - Canberra, ACT We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead Residential Care across multiple sites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while managing operational performance, budgets, and workforce engagement. You will support and coach Residential Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across your region. You will be a visible, hands-on leader, bridging clinical, operational, financial, and people functions to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. You will also represent the organisation in the community and with key stakeholders, building trusted relationships with families, regulators, and partners. Key Responsibilities You will set the direction for your region, translating strategy into day-to-day operations and supporting Residential Managers to deliver their best. You will oversee budgets, occupancy, and resource planning, while embedding governance, compliance, and risk management. Building and developing your leadership team is critical, as is fostering workforce capability, retention, and engagement. You will also collaborate across services to deliver connected, high-quality care and strengthen the organisation’s presence in the community. What We’re Looking For Residential Aged Care experience leader ideally with multi-site residential care or healthcare operations. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining high-quality, person-centred care. Experienced in managing budgets, staffing, and resource allocation across multiple locations. Strong leadership presence, capable of coaching and developing managers and teams. Skilled at navigating governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Strategic thinker who translates organisational goals into practical action. Effective communicator and collaborator, able to build trust with staff, families, and external stakeholders. Willingness to travel across the region and provide hands-on support as required.
