The Project:
The Train Crewing Operations and Planning System (TCOPS) program is upgrading the workforce management systems used for Suburban Services and Intercity Services at Sydney Trains. This includes scheduling, rostering, and day of operations – everything we do to allocate the right crew to the right train at the right time.
TCOPS will replace our current workforce management system Opcrew, with a new system that has improved functionality, is easier to maintain, and supports integrations with other systems.
The Role:
Leading and managing the delivery of change management activities across projects to support successful implementation and organisational readiness. The role is responsible for stakeholder engagement, change impact and business readiness assessments, communications and engagement planning, and supporting alignment to future state operations.
Full Time until 31/12/2026 with possible extension.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project delivery and business readiness.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and learning analysis.
* Develop communications and engagement content to support awareness and adoption of change initiatives.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and operational business groups.
* Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with HR, IR, Learning & Development, Communications, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated people change outcomes.
* Support safe and effective project delivery in line with Sydney Trains safety management requirements.
