About the Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team for a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role's primary focus is accounts receivable and accounts payable while also supporting other finance functions as needed.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments.
2. Data entry.
3. Collaborate with teams and suppliers to resolve finance queries.
4. Help maintain accurate records and prepare for audits.
Qualifications
* Experience in AP & AR.
* Confidence with MYOB (or similar ERP) and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Must have working rights in Australia.
