We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at one of our residential aged care facilities.

About the role:

1. Manage maintenance requests for the site and liaise with staff, residents, contractors, and suppliers.

2. Report to the Facilities Coordinator.

* The ideal candidate will have a background in building and facilities maintenance.

* Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and lighting systems is essential.
">
* Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills are required.
">
* Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting demands are necessary.

About you:

3. You will be an experienced Maintenance Officer with outstanding customer service and communication skills.

4. You will be super organized and able to follow up on requests to ensure satisfactory resolution.

5. A current unrestricted Victorian driver's license is required.
">
6. Experience in aged care is desirable but not essential.
