An expanding mid-tier law firm with a reputable Personal Injury firm in Brisbane are currently looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their team. This firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes while valuing the growth and contributions of its staff.
Your new role
Their Personal Injuries team has a proven track record of successfully representing plaintiffs in specialist tribunals and courts, securing significant settlements for clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled and supportive team that consistently achieves exceptional results. Ideally you would have experience across WC, Motor and Public Liability Claims.
You will be responsible for;
* Providing expert legal advice to both new and existing clients
* Running matters for a Partner with minimal supervision while driving matters forward autonomously where appropriate
* Preparing court documentation
* Drafting letters of advice, correspondence, documents, and statements
* Attending conferences
* Building strong working relationships both internally and externally
* Participating and leading client marketing engagement initiatives, including attendance at functions and delegate training
* Managing time effectively and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
What you'll need to succeed
* A minimum of 4 years PAE in Personal Injuries law
* Strong technical skills and experience in the relevant areas
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and professional approach
