- Providing you with appropriate assistive tools that enable you to engage in desired and necessary activities. We will ensure that you can effectively utilize the tool to meet your requirements.
- Suggesting alterations to your surroundings, be it your home or workplace, to enhance your capacity for independent activities or to make it simpler for others to aid you.
- Creating a profile that outlines your abilities and areas necessitating support, which will be used to formulate a “support plan” for those assisting you.
- Devising a program geared towards enhancing specific skills or abilities, promoting increased self-reliance. This could include tasks like utilizing public transportation or managing your behavior for improved interpersonal interactions.
- Collaborating with other professionals such as Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists to offer comprehensive support tailored to your needs or those of a family member.
