About This Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and providing excellent customer service to existing clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell TransPerfect's GlobalLink technology to new and existing clients
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, emailing, primary research, networking, trade shows, and events
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients' expectations
- Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
