About the role:
Community Corrections supervises individuals in the community under court and Parole Board Queensland orders. As a Case Manager, you will be part of a team that supervises individuals under community-based orders, helping them meet their obligations and access support to make meaningful life changes. Your role is vital in maintaining the safety of the community through reducing the risk of supervised individuals reoffending.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and support individuals on community-based orders
Build strong partnerships with local service providers and the community
Conduct risk assessments and drug testing
Provide timely advice to courts and agencies
Maintain accurate case notes and reports
