About the role
As a Client Service Officer at Advanced Hearing Solutions', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients. This full-time role is based in our Bathurst, NSW office and will see you working closely with our audiologists and sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
What you'll be doing
1. Welcoming and assisting clients with appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and any general inquiries
2. Maintaining accurate client files and databases
3. Preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks
4. Providing general office support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organising inventory
5. Collaborating with the audiologists and sales team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively
6. Promoting a positive and professional company image through outstanding customer service
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare, retail, or service industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
3. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
4. Proficiency in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
5. A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
6. A genuine interest in the hearing healthcare industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client care
