Position: Plumber
Location: Bentley, WA
Pay Rate: $55.00 - $65.00 p/h
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 1-2 months (possible extension)
About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for service and maintenance tasks that keep critical systems running smoothly. Your expertise in checking temperature control valves, troubleshooting gas hot water systems, and performing basic plumbing repairs will be vital for the success of this project. You\'ll work in a large site with multiple plantrooms, requiring physical endurance and the ability to navigate steps and various site areas comfortably.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* WA Plumbing Licence (Contractor\'s licence essential)
* WA Gas Fitting Licence (desirable)
* Current Police Clearance
* Proven hands-on experience in system servicing
* Prior experience in large-scale site environments, ideally with complex plantrooms
* Physical fitness to walk and work across a large site with steps
* Experience with temperature control valve servicing
* Familiarity with gas hot water system maintenance
* Previous work on large commercial or industrial sites
Other Requirements
* Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols
* Immediate availability for a 1-2 month contract assignment
