**Typical responsibilities**:
- Operate Switchboard, answering all phone calls on a timely basis & directing as required or taking a message
- Greeting all persons entering foyer area - offering tea & coffee
- Ensuring reception area is presentable
- Organising catering for meetings when requested
- Clean downstairs kitchen & load/empty dishwashers
- Ordering & maintaining grocery stock levels
- Ordering & maintaining stationary stock levels
- Setup up of meeting rooms and clearance of meeting rooms when vacated
- Check that kitchens/toilets/boardrooms are clean
- Posting all outgoing mail per staff requests
- Arranging all express, registered mail and couriers
- Downloading all client correspondence from MyGov and profiling accordingly
- Organise all incoming mail
- Other duties as advised form time to time
