We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team at Hale Gym & Day Spa.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment that aligns with our brand's commitment to wellness and rejuvenation.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation zones, and locker facilities
* Assist in the daily operations of the spa, including managing supplies, equipment, and inventory
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding them through spa offerings
* Support spa therapists and other staff in preparing for treatments and sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
* Monitor and maintain the spa's ambiance, including lighting, music, and temperature to enhance the guest experience
* Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
Preferred:
* Experience in a spa setting or knowledge of spa treatments and services
* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
* Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
* Familiarity with spa management software and point of sale systems
* Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping
