An opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to coordinate the safe, timely distribution of materials in a high‐compliance environment. You'll manage the end‐to‐end process from order through to despatch and invoicing, work closely with transport providers and internal teams, and help improve scheduling and customer service processes.
Key responsibilities
* Plan and schedule product distribution to meet customer demand and product availability
* Process customer orders, despatches, and invoicing with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround
* Coordinate transport providers and required external services (e.g. export inspections, freight forwarders)
* Ensure all despatch documentation is completed (DG checklists, delivery notes, shipping documentation)
* Maintain customer and pricing details, service requests and interactions in business systems
* Provide reporting and support end‐of‐month reconciliation activities
* Support import/export logistics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in logistics scheduling/distribution and customer service (chemicals/manufacturing/resources ideal)
* Strong attention to detail across documentation, compliance, and order processing
* Understanding of Dangerous Goods requirements (or experience in regulated supply chains)
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
* Proactive mindset for improving systems and processes
* Perth Metro (South) location (primarily on‐site)
* Willingness to participate in rostered on‐call coverage for emergency customer issues (as required)

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
