What you'll be doing
Designing and executing creative pastry and dessert menus that showcase your exceptional baking skills.
Preparing high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts using the finest, freshest ingredients.
Ensuring consistent presentation and quality of all desserts and baked items.
Collaborating with the head chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Overseeing the pastry kitchen, providing guidance and mentorship to staff as needed.
Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Contributing to the overall success of the Café, Restaurant & Patisserie through exceptional service and teamwork.
What we're looking for
Formal training and a minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end patisserie.
Strong technical skills in baking, pastry production, and plating desserts.
Creativity and a flair for developing innovative dessert and pastry concepts.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the wider kitchen team.
