Responsibilities
* Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
* Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
* O365 experience is essential; software and hardware diagnostic skills with building/upgrading PCs.
* Support for a corporate Windows and Linux environment.
* Active Directory administration (user and mailbox management).
* Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, and other critical business application support.
* Printing support (installation, deployment, configuration, disposal).
* Complex software installation and troubleshooting.
* Network fault diagnosis, fault triaging, and root cause analysis.
* Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
* Provide first‑ and second‑level IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk‑ins, and remote tools.
Qualifications
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
* Requires a mandatory NV1 security clearance (NV2 preferred).
* Prior experience working in hardware break‑and‑fix, installation, desk‑side software support, and service desk support.
