An exciting opportunity for a Finishes Foreman to join us on a live $100 million project in Oran Park to work alongside an existing team of foreman as we move into finishes. We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
As the Finishes Foreman you will posses strong communication skills as you will be working alongside a team of high performing professionals in particular, the Site and Project Manager.
What are we looking for?
Infinity is seeking a Finishes Foreman in Oran Park where you will report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.
A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:
* Minimum of 5 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor as a Finishes Foreperson.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
* Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
* Ability to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
* Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the team and subcontractors.
* Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
