About the Opportunity
Looking to take your estimating career to the next level with a company known for quality, loyalty, and great people? CV Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team — based at either our Head Office in Hendra or our Sunshine Coast Office in Maroochydore.
As part of our Estimating team, you'll play a key role in developing competitive, accurate project tenders and identifying opportunities that support business growth. You'll collaborate closely with suppliers, subcontractors and clients, to support business growth across a diverse range of commercial projects.
Your day-to-day will include :
* Preparing detailed estimates and quotations for projects of all sizes
* Coordinating tender documentation and pricing submissions
* Identifying and managing risks and opportunities during bid preparation
* Building strong, ongoing relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
* Proactively pursuing new business opportunities
What you'll bring
* Electrical trade background or relevant qualification
* Proven experience estimating commercial projects (schools, hotels, offices, retail, airports, etc.)
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software
* A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team
