We are seeking two experienced Lead Electrician Contractors to join our team on an exciting commercial fit-out project, scheduled to finish in November 2026.

The Role
* As a Lead Electrician Contractor with Compact Electrical, you will:
* Lead and manage electrical works across the commercial fitout site.
* Supervise and coordinate a small team of electricians and apprentices.
* Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, OH&S regulations, and project specifications.
* Plan and sequence electrical installations for maximum efficiency.
* Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to maintain smooth workflow.
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues as they arise.

Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a commercial electrician, with proven leadership experience.
* Current ACT Electrical Licence and compliance with all applicable regulations.
* Experience in commercial fit-outs, including lighting, power distribution, and data/communications.
* Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
