As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury. Responsibilities
* Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
* Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
* Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals
* Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

Qualifications
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA as an EP, ASORC or AASW)
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
* Australian Citizenship
* Minimum of one year clinical work experience, registered in your chosen profession
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
* Passion to help people rehabilitate
* Occupational rehabilitation experience
