We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver interventions to NDIS participants, specifically children aged 0-8 and their families. The goal is to achieve positive, life-changing outcomes.
A key aspect of this role is working in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres. You will have the opportunity to attend family appointments, assess and communicate with them, and develop therapy plans tailored to their needs.
In addition to providing direct therapy services, you will also work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists, to support children's development of communication and social skills.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, registration, and at least 12 months of experience working with children and their families. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to personal and professional growth are essential.
This role offers opportunities for continuous learning, flexible working arrangements, and career advancement.
