Due to continued growth, our client are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their Burleigh Heads team.
As the first point of contact for the business, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing data entry and managing filing systems
* Providing administrative support to management and the wider team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer service position
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
* A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach to work
* A love of dogs! There are two friendly office dogs
Experience with Xero, CRM systems, or inventory management software will be highly regarded.
