* We are seeking a seasoned Document Manager to join our team at Reeves Plains. This pivotal position will support the Reeves Plains Energy Hub project, located north of Adelaide.
This exciting project aims to enhance the region's energy security and stability within the power grid, supporting Australia's transition to net-zero emissions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of all project information, correspondence, and documentation, ensuring they are accurate and accessible.
You will act as the custodian of the electronic Document Management System, facilitating efficient project operations and compliance throughout this transformative initiative.
Additionally, you will play a key role in advocating for your employer within the local community, fostering positive relationships and promoting their commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
Key responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain a centralized Document Management System (DMS) for the project.
* Ensure accurate filing, version control, and distribution of project documents, including contracts and reports.
* Collaborate with team members for timely document submission, review, and approval.
* Maintain the integrity of document naming and metadata within the DMS.
Your skills and qualifications:
* Experience with electronic document management systems, including Aconex.
* Practical experience in document control systems for engineering and construction projects.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
