Senior Civil Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled senior civil engineer to join our team in delivering high-quality technical outcomes for clients. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects across all stages, from concept to detailed design.
* Deliver civil engineering designs independently, ensuring seamless project delivery and effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Lead the design and delivery of land development and infrastructure projects, including residential and industrial subdivisions, road networks, drainage systems, and utility services.
* Act as a design lead, coordinating with colleagues across disciplines and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding project outcomes for clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Significant experience in land development and/or infrastructure design.
* Strong technical capability in subdivision design, drainage, earthworks, and services coordination.
* Proven ability to lead design delivery, manage projects, and engage confidently with clients, authorities, and contractors.
