We're seeking a Senior Platform Designer to join a large digital solutions uplift project running over the next three years.
This is a 12-month contract with strong potential to renew.
You will play a key role in enhancing a critical ServiceNowexperience, ensuring workflows are intuitive, accurate, and routed to the right teams.

About the Role
Lead end-to-end design including research, discovery, synthesis, prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity UI design
Translate wireframes and workflow artefacts into polished, user-ready mockups (critical requirement)
Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with BAs, Product, Platform, and technical teams
Identify research gaps and synthesise insights to inform workflow improvements
Ensure consistent, accessible design outputs across multiple workforce systems
Support uplift of digital service delivery and contribute to platform-wide design standards
About You
6+ years in UX, service design, or product design within complex enterprise environments
Strong generalist skillset—comfortable switching between research, design, and delivery
Advanced Figma skills for UI design and collaboration
Experience with Miro (or similar) for workshops and facilitation
Confident working with workflow-heavy platform experiences (ServiceNow ideal, not essential)
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to convert low-fidelity wireframes into high-quality UI mockups
Experience across multiple enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, HR / workforce platforms)
