As part of this growth, they are looking to strengthen their finance team and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
* Matching purchase orders, invoices and delivery receipts
* Handling reconciliation and investigating variances
* Setting up and maintaining new suppliers
* Processing accurate and timely invoices
* Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and within required timeframes
* Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
Ideal candidate
* Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Officer
* Ability to manage high volume of transactions efficiently
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
