We’re seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve/exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
* Manage daily operations: stock, cash, visual merchandising, opening/closing
* Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation & cleanliness
* Handle customer issues professionally
* Implement promotions, campaigns, and local events
Requirements
* 3+ years retail management or strong assistant manager experience
* Proven ability to meet or beat sales and performance targets
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills
* Good commercial awareness and retail KPI knowledge
* Comfortable with POS systems, Excel, and retail software
* Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, peak periods)
* Excellent customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
