Powerhouse We are seeking Workshop Assistants for temporary positions and additional casual opportunities. The Workshop Assistant is responsible for assisting the Workshop team to build, install and dismantle Exhibition furniture, walls and props. This role will assist with different exhibition construction tasks including carpentry and cabinetmaking techniques, metalworking, painting and spray painting and object handling. We are seeking individuals with trade skills. It is the custodian of more than half a million objects of national and international significance and is considered one of the finest and most diverse collections in Australia.
