About Our Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team, based at our Head Office in Osborne Park. In this role you will plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities across our asset fleet, ensuring consistent work-management practices, improving asset reliability, and supporting safe, efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
Your Focus in This Role
* Plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities across the company's asset fleet.
* Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans, job scopes, and schedules.
* Ensure accurate CMMS data management, including PMs, BOMs, and task lists.
* Collaborate with procurement to guarantee parts and materials availability.
* Support reliability initiatives, defect elimination, and root-cause analysis.
* Monitor schedule compliance, backlog health, and key maintenance performance indicators.
* Provide guidance and standardize work-management practices across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote maintenance best practices to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
* Implement effective maintenance scheduling strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.
* Optimize maintenance resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
Requirements
* Strong experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, with proficiency in CMMS systems.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and OEM documentation.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across multiple teams and sites.
* Trade or engineering background preferred.
* Experience in mining or heavy-equipment industries highly regarded.
* Organized, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
