This role blends customer insight with strong financial and business analysis to create actionable solutions that address today’s most complex strategic challenges.You’ll leverage your foundational experience in research, financial modeling, and consulting to assess market opportunities, build financial cases for strategic investments, and support the delivery of transformation initiatives. Your work will help shape financially sound, customer-centric strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.Responsibilities:Analyse complex financial and strategic challenges using customer insight, financial data, and industry benchmarking to define opportunity areas.Support the creation of value propositions and strategic roadmaps that enhance revenue growth, improve margins, and align customer needs with business objectives.Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support recommendations and guide decision-making.Present solution options and recommendations with a focus on financial impact and operational feasibility.Contribute to the development of consulting frameworks, tools, and project proposals for finance transformation, digital investment, or cost optimisation initiatives.Take ownership of discrete workstreams or analysis components in larger strategy projects.Qualifications3–4 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, business strategy, or customer/digital strategy, ideally within a consulting firm or finance-oriented organisation.Strong capabilities in quantitative analysis, customer segmentation, market research, and financial modeling.Exposure to customer strategy methods, such as persona development, customer journey mapping, and value proposition design, with an eye on business value and profitability.Solid understanding of core business strategy concepts: market sizing, opportunity prioritisation, road mapping, and business case development.Competent in Excel (for financial and data analysis) and PowerPoint (for executive-ready presentations).Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered design is a plus, especially where applied to finance or business transformation initiatives.Understanding of the consulting sales cycle and exposure to the creation of client proposals and project scopes.
