Project Coordinator Role
Our organization seeks a skilled Project Coordinator to support the Energy Markets Cyber Coordination (EMCC) team in its mission to enhance cyber security preparedness across our grids and markets.
* Assist with tracking and updating workload requests, schedules, milestones, and key tasks across EMCC streams.
* Manage and maintain Jira boards and Confluence spaces, ensuring timely updates to monthly/quarterly cycles, actions, issues, and documentation.
* Organize and support internal and external meetings, forums, and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and post-meeting action tracking.
* Define, execute, and maintain document version control, risk, and issue registers, and documentation in accordance with governance requirements.
* Review new project proposals, monitor workload pipelines, and report on ongoing delivery workload status.
* Document and track risks affecting project quality, scope, time, and budget, according to project plans and corporate KPIs.
* Raise and track purchase orders, process invoices, and manage procurement workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise finance system.
* Document problems and issues; manage resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and disseminate relevant information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong experience in project coordination, administrative, or PMO support roles within cybersecurity, energy, or regulated industries.
* Procurement and project management skills, financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management expertise.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to track activities across multiple workstreams.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems for raising POs and processing invoices.
* Proficiency in supporting teams using tools like SharePoint and Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for documenting meetings, reporting, and liaising with stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the energy sector, critical infrastructure, or government-related cybersecurity programs.
* Foundation-level project management certifications, such as CAPM or Agile PM, are desirable.
