About the role

Responsibilities:
1. Understand and drive company-wide strategies and OKRs.
2. Conduct market research to stay current with trends and product offerings, making recommendations on product and brand selection.
3. Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
4. Evaluate vendor performance and assist in the selection, deactivation, or exit processes.
5. Negotiate favorable contract terms for both commission-based (Platform) and OTB-based (Wholesale) vendors.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records of vendor details, including brand plans, SKU lists, and profiles.
8. Identify opportunities to improve the customer onsite experience.
9. Analyze data, interpret trends, and propose data-driven decisions.
10. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve mutual goals and foster long-term partnerships.
11. Liaise with internal teams for vendor onboarding and ongoing support.
12. Collaborate with key brands to build assortments.
13. Manage unproductive brands by proposing strategic solutions.
14. Pay close attention to detail, especially regarding contract terms and conditions.
15. Work with marketing to identify GTM and promotional opportunities to drive sales.
About you…
* Experience as a Buyer in a high-volume business.
* Proficient in Excel reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
* Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
* A team player embodying ICONIC Principles.
* Passion for women’s fashion and accessories.
