Capital Sales Manager in Western Australia
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead capital equipment sales across Western Australia's agricultural sector.
Job Description:
This role involves driving end-to-end capital sales across WA's key agricultural regions, growing market share through strategic account development and territory planning. You will engage with farmers, contractors, distributors, and industry partners, conducting product demonstrations and supporting customers on-farm.

Key Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying emerging opportunities across broadacre cropping, livestock, and mixed farming
* Representing the company at field days, industry events, and regional roadshows
* Providing accurate forecasting and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Demonstrated experience in capital equipment, machinery, or agricultural sales
* Strong knowledge of WA agriculture and seasonal business cycles
* A proactive, self-managed approach to regional field work
* Ability to communicate value, ROI, and whole-of-life cost to customers
* Confidence presenting, negotiating, and closing mid-to-high-value deals
* A valid driver licence and willingness to travel regionally
