We are working with an international law firm based in Sydney for a Senior Lawyer to join their Corporate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an expanding successful Corporate team, advising leading corporates, investors and financial institutions on high-profile and complex matters. Responsibilities include acting on public and private M&A transactions, equity capital markets deals, restructurings, JVs and corporate governance matters.
The role involves leading workstreams on transactions, managing client relationships, and delivering commercially focused advice on market-leading deals. The successful candidate will contribute to business development initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
4+ years' PQE;
Corporate M&A background;
Commercial awareness;
Ability to build upon existing and new client relationships;
Strong communication skills;
Team player;
Technically excellent.
