Coastwide Preschool is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are looking for a warm, confident, and supportive Director / Nominated Supervisor who is actively involved in daily practice and routines. About the Role
As our Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in guiding our team, supporting educators, and ensuring our centre continues to be a vibrant, safe, and nurturing environment. You will work closely with families, mentor staff, uphold compliance expectations, and help create meaningful learning experiences for the children in our care.

* Warm, approachable, and enthusiastic
* A collaborative communicator who demonstrates decisive and impactful leadership in guiding a team of educators
* Able to make clear leadership decisions and support the needs of the centre
* Passionate about early childhood education and educator wellbeing
* Strong and confident in regulatory knowledge and committed to maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working With Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection
* Previous leadership experience (preferred)
