Tritium is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced support, commissioning and field service delivery for our DC fast charging systems across Australia and globally. This role requires direct, hands-on experience with Tritium DC fast charger systems.
Mandatory Requirement
* Demonstrated experience supporting, commissioning, maintaining, or troubleshooting Tritium charging systems
* Strong understanding of Tritium hardware, firmware, and system architecture
* Ability to independently diagnose complex hardware and software faults
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues on Tritium products
* Provide remote and on-site technical support across Australia
* Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities
* Contribute to documentation, root-cause analysis, and service improvements
* Maintain accurate service documentation and knowledge base updates
Required Background
* Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong electrical/electronic systems knowledge and schematic reading capability
* Experience with OCPP, Linux environments, and field service activities preferred
