About the Position and Your Contributions
As a Receptionist, you will be crucial to the smooth daily operation of this practice. Your time will be spent coordinating a full and happy practice schedule and helping to enrich the lives of both patients and colleagues.
Your main tasks will include:
 * Leading the front office with a steady, confident, and welcoming approach.
 * Managing appointments expertly, processing payments, and following established systems for cancellations, inquiries, and emergencies.
 * Handling essential administrative duties like producing monthly reports, managing supplies, and general correspondence.
 * Ensuring accuracy in managing patient treatment plans, bookings, and financial processes.
 * Daily use and management of EXACT software is a key part of this role.
