Our client based in Canning Vale, is seeking an administration superstar to join their busy Service team on a Max term contract. This role will be planning and coordinating service work and preventative maintenance on customer equipment the healthcare, mining, hospitality, scientific and manufacturing industries
Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday) 8:00am -4:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months Max Term Contract
Pay rate: $70-90k + super
**The Role**
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting the Service Manager with the scheduling of services
- Schedule labour for service work that meets requirements for work
- Communicating with customers to organise planned and unplanned maintenance on their equipment
- Assisting with customers queries effectively in a timely manner
- Preparing and issuing repair quotations
- Invoicing of service jobs
- Addressing customer queries
- Updating data bases, filing and generating reports
- Growing the existing service business to agreed targets for revenue and profit
- Work with internal stakeholders such as CES scheduler, sales representatives and service technicians
- Organising & maintaining customer site inductions and clearances
- Attending meetings at customer sites when requested
**Role Requirements**
- MUST have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
- A proactive individual who will want to work closely with other members of the team to make improvements.
- Project Management for small projects
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Resilient personality
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
