We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role will involve managing the front desk reception, greeting patients, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
* Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
* Scheduling appointments (when required).
* Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
* Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with health care professionals to provide high quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will possess:
* Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
* Detail-orientated.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
* Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
