This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting customers in person, via email, or over the phone.
* Maintenance, calibration, and repair of breathalyser devices for clients.
* Record keeping, including data entry and sales orders.
* BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH EXPERIENCE IN USING COMPUTERS.
* ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH A CREATIVE, PROACTIVE, AND ANALYTICAL APPROACH.
* PRACTICAL SKILLS OR HANDYMAN TYPE SKILLS.
