You will:
* Deliver functional, evidence-based therapy that changes lives in real-time.
* Support clients across home, community, school or telehealth settings — wherever impact is greatest.
* Shape your caseload around your interest areas + future career direction.
* Write reports and notes that reflect meaningful progress within your dedicated admin time that contributes to your KPIs
* Collaborate closely with your pod of 5–6 and collaborate with 100+ peers across that state and nationwide.
* Receive weekly 1:1s + Mentorship + PD through the Pinq Academy + $1000 external PD budget per year to keep your growth sharp.
* Contribute to case discussions at monthly CCRs, in-service sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and trust — no micromanaging here.

You'll need:
* A suitable qualification in Speech Pathology/ Occupational Therapy.
* SPA / AHPRA membership.
* Strong communication skills — written, spoken and everything in between.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit MDT.
* A commitment to person-centred, strengths-based support and ethical practice.
