Client Services Coordinator Role Summary
The ideal candidate will possess excellent client service skills, leadership abilities and a strong understanding of laboratory procedures. As the Client Services Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support to existing clients and lead the development of the Client Services and Field Operations teams.
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this exciting opportunity in our Melbourne Food and Pharmaceutical business. The primary responsibilities of the role include providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients via phone and email, face-to-face meetings, quality control, facilitating issue resolution, scheduling jobs, coordinating logistics, reporting complaints and managing workflow turnaround times.
To be Successful in this Role
You will have demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role. Additionally, you will have team leadership skills, ability to coordinate tasks, network and work collaboratively. Previous laboratory/sample receipt/LIMS experience is preferred but not essential. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, be committed to achieving excellence through collaboration and initiative and demonstrate expected levels of productivity. You will also have skills in planning and project monitoring, ability to develop strong external and internal working relationships, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
