Position is Full Time in our Balgowlah NSW Office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing and maintaining robust relationships with both client portfolio and mill suppliers through strategic networking and regular engagement
- Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with mills to ensure reliable supply chain and competitive pricing
- Conducting client visits to identify sales opportunities and assess technical requirements, including grades, weights, and specialized finishes
- Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract completion and after-sales support for packaging products
- Monitoring packaging industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with both customers and mills while ensuring satisfaction and maintaining profit margins
- Coordinating with mill partners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and resolving any technical or quality issues
- Maintaining detailed sales records and expense documentation
- Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction with packaging quality and performance
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in technical sales within the packaging industry or related printing/packaging sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of mill products, production capabilities, and manufacturing constraints
- Established relationships with mills and experience in mill-distributor partnerships
- Excellent understanding of packaging testing methods, quality control procedures, and food safety compliance requirements.
- Experience in supply chain management
- Proficiency in sales reporting and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in paper science, chemical engineering, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices and environmental certifications is a plus
- Familiarity with Navision Accounting software
- Experience within the Latin American packaging industry is a plus
- Excellent management, communication and problem-solving skills.
