A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Site based draftsman to work in a diverse and well-structured working environment within a company that focuses on long term career development. You will be able to demonstrate comprehensive BIM and Revit experience, where you will be modelling and drafting on a hospital project.
The opportunity is available within an established business of 19 years completing commercial and industrial work within the Electrical and Mechanical / HVAC business.
To be successful, applicants will require:
· Preparation and co-ordination of project drawings
· Document control and maintenance of drawing files
· Maintenance of drawing registers
· Liaise with clients, builders and stakeholders in the business.
· Strong computer literacy
· A positive attitude and well presented
· Be self-motivated
· Site Experience preferred
Skills and experience:
· Skilled knowledge in BIM / REVIT MEP
· Competent in 3D coordination Revizto / Navisworks
· Understand drafting standards
· Understand drawing detailing
· Relevant electrical / mechanical qualification / degree
· Good communication skills
