Property Lawyer | Seeking Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate
Opportunity to work on residential and mixed-use developments, including community title projects and complex commercial property transactions .
Our client is a significant Real Estate team in the Brisbane market. There are five Property Partners in the Brisbane office and this particular role will work closely with two Partners. The successful candidate will gain exposure to:
* Acquisition and sale of development sites
* Structuring and establishing community title schemes
* Retail, commercial, and industrial leasing
* Retirement village development and operations
* Joint ventures and co-location projects
* Regulatory compliance and due diligence
* Drafting and negotiating high-value property contracts
Working in this team will offer:

This team's next hire can be at the Solicitor level to early Senior Associate.
We're currently partnering with leading law firms and boutique practices across Queensland and nationally so we are keen to connect with Real Estate Lawyers who have 1+ years' post-admission experience. We're particularly interested in candidates from international, top-tier, mid-tier, or well-regarded boutique firms, with strong experience in property transactions .
